"Vanderlei is an example we all follow. When I had nowhere to go, he lent me money for a home for my family. Four years later, I'm still here. Gratitude."
Marcão — Crew Member

"If we make a mistake, he gives us a tip and we fix it. Best environment possible — he's a father figure and a teacher. Just gratitude."

Vand Portela — Founder & Owner
Sky Home Builders LLC
Sky Home Builders is our go-to sub for rough carpentry. Five crews means they handle multiple lots simultaneously — that alone saved us 3 weeks on our last development.
Mike Richardson
General Contractor · Richardson Construction Co.
From first consultation to final walkthrough, every detail was perfect. The kitchen remodel exceeded expectations and came in under budget. Couldn't recommend more.
Sarah & David Chen

Consistently 20% below larger GCs with zero quality drop. The 2-year warranty gives our investors real confidence. Sky Home is our exclusive framing partner now.
James Patterson
Project Manager · Atlantic Development Group
I've been contracting Sky Home Builders for the past 8 years for high-end remodeling projects — for my clients, my friends, and even my own family's homes. The consistency, craftsmanship, and professionalism have never wavered. They're the only crew I trust for premium work.
